Boldron Studio ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile games (the "Games"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you play our Games or visit our website, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Each Game also has its own policy page describing exactly which services it uses:
1. Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. Our Games may process:
- Device information — device model, operating system version, language, screen resolution and anonymized device identifiers.
- Gameplay data — progress, scores and settings, used to save your game.
- Advertising identifiers — such as the Google Advertising ID, as described in the advertising section below.
We do not collect names, postal addresses, phone numbers or precise location data through our Games, and our Games do not require you to create an account.
2. Google AdMob Advertising
Some of our Games are free to play and supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To deliver, measure and improve ads, AdMob and its partners may automatically collect and process:
- Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID) and app-set identifiers;
- IP address (used to infer approximate, country-level location);
- Device type, operating system, language and carrier information;
- Ad interaction data such as impressions, clicks and rewarded-ad completions.
This data is used to:
- Show ads, including personalized ads where you have consented;
- Limit how often you see the same ad (frequency capping);
- Measure ad performance and detect fraud and abuse.
Consent. Where required by law (e.g. in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP), a certified Consent Management Platform under the IAB TCF, to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads that rely on contextual information only.
Your choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads). Where the consent form is shown, you can change your choice at any time from the in-game settings.

3. How We Use Information
- To operate our Games and save your progress;
- To show ads and offer rewarded content;
- To improve gameplay, performance and stability;
- To respond to support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Users)
We process data based on your consent (personalized ads), our legitimate interests (security, stability, non-personalized ads) and performance of a contract (providing our Games).
5. Children's Privacy
Our Games are not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Where a Game may attract a younger audience, we configure AdMob to treat requests as child-directed (COPPA) and serve only non-personalized, family-safe ads.
6. Data Retention and Security
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Data shared with third parties is transmitted using encryption in transit.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. 8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be announced in our Games or on this website.
